UV Stabilizer Masterbatch
Protects BOPP films from photodegradation during outdoor applications in agricultural, construction, and long-life packaging applications. High molecular weight HALS stabilizers with excellent compatibility with PP orientation process are essential for BOPP films requiring extended outdoor UV durability.
White Masterbatch
Delivers bright white opacity and premium appearance to white opaque BOPP films used in flexible packaging, labels, and lamination applications. Ultra-fine TiO₂ Granule with high dispersion quality is critical to prevent orientation defects, voids, and film breakage during biaxial stretching at high draw ratios.
Black Masterbatch
Provides deep black colour with excellent UV protection to BOPP films used in flexible packaging, agricultural, and industrial applications. Ultra-fine carbon black dispersion particle size is mandatory to prevent stress concentration points that cause film breakage during longitudinal and transverse direction stretching.
Optical Brightener MB
Enhances visual brightness and premium whiteness of white opaque BOPP films used in high-quality flexible packaging and label applications. Must use only orientation-stable OBA compounds that maintain fluorescence activity after high-temperature biaxial stretching without causing crystallisation defects in PP film structure.
Slip Masterbatch
Reduces coefficient of friction (COF) of BOPP film surface for smooth and high-speed performance on form-fill-seal, printing, and lamination machines. Migrating slip agent system must be precisely balanced — too low causes film jamming on packaging machines, too high causes lamination bond failure and print adhesion problems.
Colour Masterbatch
Provides vibrant and consistent colours to BOPP films used in coloured labels, flexible packaging, and decorative film applications. All pigments must have excellent heat stability above 250°C, zero bleeding, and ultra-fine particle size to withstand biaxial orientation without causing film defects or breakage.
Anti-Block Masterbatch
Prevents film-to-film blocking between wound layers of BOPP film rolls during storage and unwinding on converting and packaging machines. Ultra-fine amorphous silica particles at 1–3 micron size create micro-roughness without affecting film clarity, haze, or gloss critical for transparent BOPP packaging applications.
Anti-Fog Masterbatch
Prevents water droplet condensation on inner surface of BOPP films used in fresh produce, bakery, and refrigerated food packaging. Hydrophilic anti-fog surfactant system converts water droplets into uniform transparent film maintaining product visibility and photosynthesis in fresh produce packaging.
Processing Aid Masterbatch
Eliminates melt fracture, sharkskin defects, and die build-up during high-speed cast sheet extrusion of PP resin for BOPP film production. Reduces die pressure, improves cast sheet surface smoothness, and enables consistent thickness profile critical for uniform biaxial orientation of BOPP films.
Antistatic Masterbatch
Dissipates static charge accumulation on BOPP film surfaces during high-speed orientation, winding, slitting, and converting operations. Critical for BOPP films used in electronic component packaging and automated packaging lines where static discharge causes film misalignment, dust contamination, and packaging machine jamming.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts fire-resistant and self-extinguishing properties to BOPP films used in electrical insulation, cable wrapping, and industrial protective applications. Must use halogen-free phosphorus-based flame retardant system compatible with biaxial orientation process without causing film breakage or optical defects.
