Green Masterbatch
Provides realistic and natural-looking green shades to PP/PE artificial grass fibres including Olive Green, Lime Green, Field Green, and Natural Green for sports, landscaping, and decorative applications. Multi-tone colour combinations using different green shades in same turf system create realistic natural grass appearance
Antioxidant Masterbatch
Prevents thermal and oxidative degradation of PP/PE resin during high-temperature extrusion of artificial grass fibres, tapes, and backing fabric components.Maintains long-term tensile strength, fibre flexibility, and abrasion resistance critical for artificial grass performance throughout sports surface service life.
Silicone Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost in standard grade PP monofilament yarn for rope, twine, and packaging applications without significantly affecting basic tensile properties. Improves filament stiffness and helps achieve required denier consistency in coarser diameter monofilament yarn used in woven sack tape and agricultural twine applications.
Antimicrobial Masterbatch
Incorporates silver-ion or zinc-based agents to permanently inhibit bacterial, fungal, and mould growth on artificial grass fibres in outdoor and indoor installations. Provides long-lasting built-in hygiene protection critical for artificial grass used in children’s play areas, school sports fields, pet areas, and indoor sports surfaces.
Slip Masterbatch
Reduces surface friction of PP/PE artificial grass fibres for smooth and high-speed winding on bobbins and performance on tufting and weaving machines. Precisely balanced slip agent dosage improves fibre handling on tufting machine needles and backing systems without causing excessive lubrication that affects yarn tensioning.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties to PP/PE artificial grass fibres and backing components used in indoor sports halls, stadiums, and covered venues. Must use halogen-free phosphorus-based flame retardant system
Antistatic Masterbatch
Dissipates static charge accumulation on PP/PE artificial grass fibres during high-speed extrusion, stretching, winding, and tufting production operations. Prevents fibre wrapping on godets and draw rolls due to static attraction.
Odour Remover Masterbatch
Incorporates zeolite or activated carbon-based compounds to neutralise unpleasant odours from artificial grass installations in enclosed and semi-enclosed venues. Prevents plastic odour emission from new artificial grass and neutralises odours.
Black Masterbatch
Provides deep black colour with maximum UV protection to PP/PE backing fabric, coating layer, and black thatch fibres incorporated in artificial grass systems. Ultra-fine carbon black dispersion ensures superior UV resistance and long-term colour stability for backing fabrics and primary backing components exposed to direct sunlight in outdoor sports and landscaping installations.
