UV Masterbatches
Protects LDPE/LLDPE mulching film from photodegradation during entire crop growing season under intense direct sunlight exposure. Carefully calibrated UV stabilizer dosage ensures film maintains mechanical integrity throughout the growing season without premature brittleness or tearing.
White (TiO₂) Masterbatch
Used in white or silver-white mulching films to reflect sunlight and keep soil cool for summer crops like vegetables and strawberries. High TiO₂ loading provides excellent light reflection that confuses and repels harmful insects, reducing pesticide usage in protected cultivation.
Filler Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost in mulching film production by partially replacing virgin LDPE/LLDPE resin without affecting basic film performance. Improves film opacity, stiffness, and printability while maintaining required gauge uniformity and mechanical properties for agricultural use.
Compostable Bio Filler
Promotes complete soil biodegradation of mulching film after crop harvest, eliminating costly and labour-intensive film removal. Based on certified compostable polymers like PBAT and PLA that fully degrade into water, CO₂, and biomass within defined composting periods.
Black Masterbatches
Most widely used masterbatch in mulching film providing complete light blockage to suppress weed growth under the film. High carbon black loading delivers maximum UV protection and thermal absorption to warm soil, promoting faster seed germination and crop growth.
Oxo-degradable Masterbatch
Incorporates pro-oxidant metal salt additives that trigger controlled degradation of PE mulching film after programmed service life. Degradation timeline can be adjusted from 3 months to 24 months depending on crop cycle requirements and field temperature conditions.
Antistatic Masterbatch
Reduces static charge accumulation on mulching film surface during high-speed blown film production and mechanical roll winding. Prevents dust and soil particle adhesion to film surface that can reduce light transmission and soil contact performance.
Antimicrobial Masterbatch
Prevents growth of harmful soil-borne fungi and bacteria on mulching film surface that can contaminate crop root zones. Helps maintain soil hygiene and reduces incidence of soil-borne diseases like Fusarium and Pythium in high-value vegetable cultivation.
Color Masterbatches
Provides specific functional colours like Silver, Red, Green, Blue, and Brown to mulching films for different crop and soil management needs. Each colour serves a specific agronomic purpose — Red for tomatoes, Silver for aphid repulsion.
Antifog Masterbatch
Prevents water droplet condensation on inner surface of mulching film used in tunnel and greenhouse crop cultivation. Ensures uniform light transmission and prevents water dripping onto crops that can cause fungal disease and reduced photosynthesis in protected agriculture.
AntiOxidant Masterbatches
Prevents thermal and oxidative degradation of LDPE/LLDPE resin during blown film extrusion and throughout mulching film service life. Maintains film tensile strength, elongation, and tear resistance critical for mechanical laying and removal of mulching film on agricultural fields.
Processing Aid Masterbatch
Eliminates melt fracture and reduces die pressure during blown film extrusion of thin gauge mulching films at 10 to 25 microns thickness. Enables consistent film gauge uniformity and smooth surface finish critical for uniform soil coverage and mechanical performance.
