A tightly controlled extrusion process where masterbatch quality directly determines pipe longevity and compliance.

Raw Polymer Selection
PP-R, PP-B, HDPE or LLDPE base resin selected per pipe grade, pressure rating and IS standard.

Masterbatch Dosing
Colour, UV stabiliser, carbon black and additive masterbatches metered at precise let-down ratios — typically 1–4%.

Twin-Screw Extrusion
Compound melt-mixed under controlled shear and temperature. Homogeneous dispersion is critical to pipe wall integrity.

Calibration & Cooling
Extruded pipe sized through vacuum calibrator, cooled in water bath to lock dimensional tolerances.

QC & Testing
Hydrostatic pressure, MFI, tensile, impact and UV-resistance tests against IS 4984, IS 15778 and ISO standards.
