UV Stabilizer Masterbatch
Protects LLDPE/LDPE silage films from photodegradation during entire outdoor storage period of wrapped bales and clamped silage. Silage films stored outdoors for 6 to 18 months require carefully calibrated high molecular weight HALS stabilizer system to maintain film integrity, oxygen barrier, and mechanical properties throughout storage period.
White Masterbatch
Used in outer white layer of black-white co-extruded silage films to reflect sunlight and reduce film surface temperature during summer storage. White outer layer significantly lowers film temperature preventing thermal oxidative degradation and maintaining silage oxygen barrier integrity during hot climate storage of grass, maize, and wholecrop silage.
Black Masterbatch
Most widely used masterbatch in silage films providing complete light blockage to prevent photodegradation of stored silage and inhibit algae and mould growth. High carbon black loading at minimum 2 to 2.5% with ultra-fine dispersion ensures maximum UV protection and long-term outdoor durability for silage stretch films and bale wrap used in harsh agricultural environments.
Processing Aid Masterbatch
Eliminates melt fracture and sharkskin surface defects during blown film extrusion of thin gauge LLDPE silage stretch wrap at 25 to 75 microns thickness. Reduces die pressure, improves film surface smoothness, and enables consistent gauge uniformity critical for uniform pre-stretch performance of silage wrap on high-speed round bale wrapping machines.
Anti-Fog Masterbatch
Prevents water droplet condensation on inner surface of silage films used in tunnel clamp and covered pit silage storage systems. Hydrophilic anti-fog surfactant system converts condensed water into uniform transparent film preventing water accumulation that creates aerobic pockets promoting silage spoilage and mould growth.
Green Masterbatch
Provides standard agricultural green, olive, or black-green colours to silage bale wrap films for traditional farming aesthetic and field identification. Colour masterbatch must have excellent UV stability, zero agricultural chemical interaction, and full compatibility with pre-stretch and high-stretch silage wrapping application equipment.
Antioxidant Masterbatch
Prevents thermal and oxidative degradation of LLDPE/LDPE resin during blown film extrusion and throughout silage film outdoor service life. Combined primary antioxidant (Irganox 1076) and secondary antioxidant (Irgafos 168) package maintains long-term film tensile strength, elongation, and puncture resistance critical for silage bale wrap performance.
Biodegradable Masterbatch
Creates uniform and homogeneous light diffusion in PP automotive lighting components like light guides, diffuser lenses, and ambient lighting bezels. Specially formulated inorganic or organic light diffusing particles create controlled light scattering for uniform illumination in LED-based automotive interior and exterior lighting systems.
