UV Stabilizer Masterbatch
Protects PP monofilament yarn from photodegradation and embrittlement during prolonged outdoor exposure in agricultural, marine, and construction applications. High molecular weight HALS stabilizers are essential for PP monofilament used in outdoor ropes, shade nets, and geotextiles requiring minimum 3 to 5 years UV durability under direct sunlight.
Colour Masterbatch
Provides vibrant, uniform, and consistent colours to PP monofilament yarn used in ropes, nets, brushes, filter fabrics, and woven sacks. All pigments must have excellent heat stability above 260°C, zero bleeding, and ultra-fine particle size below 5 microns to prevent nozzle blockage and filament breakage during high-speed monofilament extrusion and hot stretching.
Black Masterbatch
Provides deep black colour with maximum UV protection to PP monofilament yarn used in outdoor ropes, agricultural nets, shade nets, and marine applications. Ultra-fine carbon black dispersion below 20 nanometres particle size is mandatory to prevent stress concentration points causing filament breakage during high draw ratio stretching operations.
Filler Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost in standard grade PP monofilament yarn for rope, twine, and packaging applications without significantly affecting basic tensile properties. Improves filament stiffness and helps achieve required denier consistency in coarser diameter monofilament yarn used in woven sack tape and agricultural twine applications.
Optical Brightener Masterbatch
Enhances visual brightness and premium whiteness of natural or white PP monofilament yarn under daylight and UV lighting conditions. Gives a super bright and clean appearance to white monofilament used in premium rope, brush, and decorative net applications where visual whiteness is an important quality and commercial criterion.
