Black Masterbatches
Most critical and widely used masterbatch in HDPE geomembrane providing maximum UV protection and long-term outdoor durability in landfill, mining, and water containment applications. Carbon black content must be precisely controlled between 2 to 3% with D50 particle size below 20 nanometres to meet GRI GM13 and ASTM D1603 carbon black content and dispersion standards.
UV Masterbatches
Protects HDPE/LLDPE geomembrane from photodegradation during outdoor installation, exposed liner applications, and surface geomembrane systems. High molecular weight HALS stabilizers are preferred for geomembrane to ensure minimum 20 years outdoor UV durability required for landfill cap and mining heap leach pad applications
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts fire-resistant and self-extinguishing properties to HDPE geomembrane used in tunnel linings, building waterproofing, and mining applications. Helps geomembrane meet international fire safety standards like UL 94, EN 13501, and mining regulation flammability requirements for underground applications.
White Masterbatch
Used in white or light grey geomembrane for exposed liner applications in reservoirs, canals, and water containment systems to reduce thermal expansion. White surface significantly lowers geomembrane temperature under direct sunlight, reducing thermal stress, wrinkle formation, and stress cracking in exposed geomembrane installations.
AntiOxidant Masterbatches
Specially formulated high molecular weight antioxidant masterbatch designed to resist leaching and depletion in aggressive chemical environments. Critical for geomembranes used in municipal solid waste landfills, mining tailings ponds, and industrial effluent containment where antioxidant depletion accelerates stress crack failure.
Conductive Masterbatch
Incorporates conductive carbon black to create electrically conductive geomembrane layer for electrical leak location (ELL) survey systems. Enables dipole, electrical resistivity, and spark testing methods for pinhole and defect detection in installed geomembrane liner systems.
Antistatic Masterbatch
Reduces static charge accumulation on geomembrane rolls during production, winding, and field installation operations. Prevents dust and fine particle adhesion to geomembrane surface that can interfere with seam welding quality and leak detection survey accuracy.
Nucleating Agent Masterbatch
Improves crystallisation rate and crystallinity of HDPE geomembrane during extrusion cooling, enhancing stiffness and dimensional stability. Reduces post-extrusion shrinkage and improves flatness of geomembrane rolls, critical for accurate panel cutting and field installation on large projects.
