UV Stabilizer Masterbatch
Protects PP multifilament yarn from photodegradation and embrittlement during prolonged outdoor exposure in ropes, nets, geotextiles, and marine applications. High molecular weight HALS stabilizers at optimum loading ensure minimum 60 to 70% tensile strength retention after 500 to 1000 hours Xenon arc weathering critical for outdoor PP multifilament yarn service life performance.
Colour Masterbatch
Provides vibrant, uniform, and consistent colours to PP multifilament yarn used in ropes, nets, webbing, braided cords, upholstery fabrics, and technical textiles. All pigments must have excellent heat stability , zero bleeding, ultra-fine particle size , and superior lightfastness to prevent filament breakage during high-speed spinning and hot stretching operations.
Black Masterbatch
Provides deep black colour with maximum UV protection to PP multifilament yarn used in outdoor ropes, marine nets, shade fabrics, safety webbing, and geotextile applications. Ultra-fine carbon black dispersion primary particle size is mandatory to prevent stress concentration points causing individual filament breakage during high draw ratio stretching at elevated temperatures.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties to PP multifilament yarn used in safety ropes, fire escape nets, protective webbing, and industrial safety fabric applications. Must use halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic system compatible with multifilament spinning and stretching process without causing filament breakage, mechanical property reduction, or discolouration.
Optical Brightener Masterbatch
Enhances visual brightness and premium whiteness of natural or white PP multifilament yarn under daylight and UV lighting conditions. Must use only fibre-grade OBA compounds with excellent heat stability and zero sublimation during hot stretching to maintain fluorescence activity in finished multifilament yarn.
Filler Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost in cable bedding, filling, and non-critical sheathing compounds by partially replacing virgin PE/PP resin. Improves dimensional stability, hardness, and compression set resistance of cable sheathing while maintaining required flexibility and mechanical properties for standard indoor wiring and control cable applications.
