White (TiO₂) Masterbatch
Used for inner layer of double-wall corrugated (DWC) Lapeta pipes to improve visibility during cable pulling operations. Provides smooth, bright inner surface that reduces friction during wire and cable threading.
Filler Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost by partially replacing virgin HDPE/PP resin while maintaining basic stiffness of corrugated pipe structure. Improves surface smoothness and helps in achieving required ring stiffness class at lower cost.
Slip Masterbatches
Reduces friction on the inner smooth wall of Lapeta pipes to ease cable laying and pulling operations. Improves surface finish of the extruded pipe and reduces sticking between pipe layers during coiling.
AntiOxidant Masterbatches
Prevents thermal degradation of PP/PE resin during high-temperature extrusion and corrugation forming process. Maintains long-term mechanical properties like ring stiffness and impact resistance of the finished Lapeta pipe.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties to PP/PE Lapeta pipes used as electrical conduits. Essential for pipes installed in buildings, tunnels, or industrial areas where fire safety compliance is mandatory.
Black Masterbatches
High carbon black loading provides maximum UV protection for HDPE/PP Lapeta pipes used in outdoor and underground applications. Black is the most widely used colour for general purpose corrugated pipes due to its superior durability.
Color Masterbatches
Provides standard colours like Black, Orange, Red, Blue to identify Lapeta pipes as per application like electrical, drainage, or telecom ducting. Ensures uniform colour throughout the pipe wall with excellent dispersion during extrusion.
Antistatic Masterbatch
Dissipates static charge build-up on corrugated pipe surface during cable pulling and installation in sensitive areas. Critical for Lapeta pipes used in telecom, data cable, and hazardous area ducting applications.
Antimicrobial Masterbatch
Prevents bacterial and fungal growth inside drainage Lapeta pipes used in sewage, stormwater, and agricultural waste applications. Maintains long-term flow capacity and hygiene of the pipe inner surface.
