Antistatic Masterbatch
Incorporates fatty acid amine compounds like ethoxylated amine that migrate to film surface forming hydrophilic layer dissipating static charge by attracting atmospheric moisture. Most widely used antistatic system for LDPE/LLDPE packaging films providing surface resistivity of 10⁹ to 10¹¹ ohms for standard antistatic packaging applications.
Transparent Masterbatch
Improves optical clarity and transparency of antistatic film for component inspection without opening packaging in electronics assembly and quality control applications. Clarity masterbatch enables visual verification of packaged component identity and condition through film while maintaining required ESD protection level.
Conductive Masterbatch
Incorporates specially structured conductive carbon black creating percolating conductive network in film with surface resistivity for fully conductive shielding films. Conductive carbon black masterbatch provides permanent conductivity independent of humidity making it ideal for Faraday cage shielding bags for electronic protection.
Processing Aid Masterbatch
Eliminates melt fracture and die build-up during high-speed blown film extrusion of antistatic film compounds containing heat-sensitive amine antistatic agents. Processing aid enables higher line speeds and lower extrusion temperatures reducing thermal degradation risk of temperature-sensitive antistatic active compounds during production.
Anti-Block Masterbatch
Prevents film-to-film blocking between antistatic film layers in rolls and bags during storage and dispensing on automated packaging equipment. Ultra-fine amorphous silica must not interfere with antistatic compound migration to film surface — silica surface chemistry can adsorb migratory antistatic compounds reducing surface antistatic effectiveness.
Slip Masterbatch
Reduces surface friction of antistatic film for smooth and high-speed performance on bag making, sealing, and automated electronic component packaging lines. Slip agent must be carefully balanced with antistatic compound — excessive slip agent can create hydrophobic surface barrier reducing effectiveness of migratory amine antistatic system.
