Antimicrobial Masterbatch
Protects HDPE/LLDPE geomembrane from photodegradation during outdoor installation, exposed liner applications, and surface geomembrane systems. High molecular weight HALS stabilizers are preferred for geomembrane to ensure minimum 20 years outdoor UV durability required for landfill cap and mining heap leach pad applications
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties to PP nonwoven surgical gowns used near electrocautery, laser, and diathermy equipment in operating theatres. Must use halogen-free phosphorus-based flame retardant system to avoid toxic gas generation and meet EN 13795 and NFPA 99 healthcare facility flammability standards.
White Masterbatch
Delivers bright white opacity and premium clean appearance to PP spunbond and meltblown nonwoven fabric used in surgical gowns and masks. Must use only ultrafine food and pharma grade TiO₂ with zero heavy metal contamination meeting ISO 10993 biocompatibility and USP Class VI standards.
AntiOxidant Masterbatches
Prevents thermal and oxidative degradation of PP resin during high-temperature spunbond and meltblown nonwoven fibre spinning process. Medical grade antioxidants with zero extractables and zero volatiles must be used to prevent any chemical migration into surgical environment or patient contact areas.
Colour Masterbatch
Provides standard medical identification colours like Blue, Green, Yellow, and Pink to PP nonwoven surgical gowns for operating theatre colour coding. All pigments must be non-toxic, non-migratory, and biocompatible meeting strict EN 13795, AAMI PB70, and ISO 22610 surgical gown standards.
Optical Brightener Masterbatch
Enhances visual brightness and premium whiteness of PP nonwoven surgical gowns and mask fabric under operating theatre lighting conditions. Must use only non-sensitising and biocompatible optical brightening agents that do not cause skin or respiratory irritation in direct contact medical textile applications.
Breathable Masterbatch
Accelerates PP crystallisation during spunbond fibre spinning to improve fibre tenacity, fabric strength, and dimensional stability. Enables higher line speeds and more uniform fibre diameter distribution in spunbond fabric production critical for consistent surgical gown barrier and mechanical performance.
Anti-Static Masterbatch
Dissipates static charge accumulation on PP nonwoven surgical gowns used in operating theatres with anaesthetic gases and sensitive electronic equipment. Prevents static spark generation in surgical environments and reduces particulate attraction on gown surfaces maintaining sterile field integrity.
