UV Stabilizer Masterbatch
Protects PP/HDPE outdoor toys, garden play equipment, and window toy displays from photodegradation and colour fading during UV exposure. Toy grade HALS stabilizers must have confirmed zero skin sensitisation and zero cytotoxicity toy material biocompatibility requirements for outdoor toys used by young children
Colour Masterbatch
Provides vibrant, attractive, and child-safe colours to PP/HDPE injection moulded toys, play sets, building blocks, and activity toys for all age groups. All pigments must be strictly non-toxic, heavy metal free, and non-migratory , chemical safety of all colour contact surfaces in children’s toys.
Black Masterbatch
Provides deep black colour to PP/HDPE toy components like wheels, tracks, mechanical parts, and electronic toy housings with excellent heat stability. Must use only toy-safe carbon black grades
White Masterbatch
Delivers bright white opacity and premium clean appearance to PP/HDPE toy components like building blocks, doll parts, game pieces, and educational toy panels. Must use only non-toxic food and toy grade rutile TiO₂ with zero heavy metal contamination.
Optical Brightener Masterbatch
Controls and achieves precise surface gloss levels on PP/HDPE toy components from high gloss to soft matt finish as per toy design requirements. Matt surface finish on toy gripping surfaces improves play ergonomics and reduces light glare while high gloss finish on display toys enhances visual appeal and perceived product quality.
Filler Masterbatch
Reduces raw material cost in standard grade PP/HDPE toy components by partially replacing virgin resin while maintaining required mechanical properties. Must use only ultra-pure food and toy grade calcium carbonate with zero heavy metal contamination for inorganic chemical elements in toy materials.
Fragrance Masterbatch
Incorporates micro-encapsulated child-safe fragrances like strawberry, vanilla, and bubblegum into PP toy components for scented play dough, scratch-and-sniff toys, and sensory play products. All fragrance compounds must comply with organic chemical restrictions, and REACH fragrance allergen limitations for child-safe toy applications.
Antimicrobial Masterbatch
Incorporates pharmaceutical grade silver-ion or zinc-based antimicrobial agents to prevent bacterial, viral, and fungal contamination on frequently mouthed and handled toy surfaces. Silver-ion antimicrobial must be non-toxic, non-irritating, and biocompatible for safe use in toys handled by infants and young children.
Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Imparts self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties to PP/HDPE electronic toy housings, battery compartments, and electrical toy components. Must use exclusively halogen-free phosphorus-based or intumescent flame retardant system restrictions on halogenated flame retardants in children’s products.
