BOPP films (Biaxially Oriented PolyPropylene Films) are produced by stretching polypropylene film in both machine direction and transverse direction. BOPP film is used in vast range of applications comprising packaging, labeling and lamination.
TiO2 in a PP homopolymer carrier resin for BOPP film extrusion process with good Opacity, Gloss & whiteness. In case of three layers plain films structures, it can be applied in the skin of pearlized films to increase the opacity. BOPP films has good dead fold characteristics and are widely used in Labels, Laminated films, Protective film, Tamper evident films,etc. BOPP films are used in Packaging of Food ,Beverages, Personal care, Consumer care, Medical & Health care, Garments, Cigaretttes ,etc.
