Recommended Usage Guidelines

Stop current resin feed and purge remaining material.

Feed 1–1.5 times the screw/barrel capacity of Bajaj Purging Compound at normal processing temperature.

Run screw at medium speed and moderate back pressure to achieve optimal cleaning.

Continue until the discharged material is clean and neutral in colour.

Feed next resin or masterbatch immediately after purging while machine remains hot.

Tip: For highly contaminated systems, repeat the process once for complete cleaning.
